Xuel believes that therapy is meant to feel expansive and enlivening, reconnecting our fragmented parts and our ruptured relationships back to dynamic wholeness".  Her therapeutic focus is on empowering individuals and couples to transform old wounds and restore their life energy and essence of being.
Xuel utilizes a trauma-informed, systematic and relational approach to hold safe space for her clients.  She works with individuals and couples on their journey of self-discovery and relational belonging. She brings her capacity to meet people in their deep pain as well as their magnanimous joy with her unique blend of authentic presence, compassionate insight, and courage.
Xuel was born and raised in Nanjing, China and is bilingual/bi-cultural in English and Chinese.
Her work is informed by her spiritual and ancestral heritage, her multicultural and immigration background, her diverse experience working with groups and individuals, training with highly skilled supervisors and teachers, and studies in earth wisdom, sexuality, and energy practices.
