Training program
We offer the opportunity for post-graduate trainees and registered associates, from both Heart in Balance’s trainee program and other placements, who are a fit with the organization, to continue accruing clinical hours toward licensure, retain their existing clientele, and expand their practice toward eventual licensure and the creation of their own private practice. Approved supervisors provide the clinical oversight required, and associates can earn income and pay for trainings from pre-taxed payroll income. A senior staff member provides regular consultation and ongoing meetings to support each clinician’s growth toward independence. Associates are welcome to apply any time of year, and will be considered by the Executive Director when there is room to add to our staff.
