Nancy is warm, accepting, patient, intuitive, curious, and heart-centered. She has an integrative, client-centered approach drawing on a variety of different therapy approaches, many of which she has experienced personally. She uses present centered awareness with empathic attunement and resonance.
Nancy helps clients look for signs that their own internal voice is speaking to them, such as through dreams, imagination, the expressive arts and noticing synchronicities (those unexpected coincidences in life). She draws from the arts, music, literature, philosophy, energy and spiritual psychology. She believes deeply in the mind and body’s ability to heal itself once we are free of defining ourselves by our past memories, and unconscious beliefs. She works with all cultural identities and strives to practice with cultural humility. She brings her whole self to the process, with a deep compassion and inner knowing of the client’s power for healing and change.
