Jane Moran is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who prioritizes attunement, co-regulation, and relational safety within the therapeutic container. She believes the foundation for organic growth and healing Is the client’s experience of being welcomed and supported as a whole being, while working to understand all aspects of self.
Jane works collaboratively and holistically with clients, offering tools and perspectives from a range of practices including Somatics, Internal Family Systems, Hakomi, and Non-Violent Communication. Jane holds a particular interest in relationships and communication and works well with clients who desire to feel more connected to the somatic and psychological undercurrents of their behaviors and experiences. She especially enjoys supporting clients seeking to change personal, cultural, or inherited relationship dynamics and to experience more connection and belonging in their lives. Part of this process involves a mindful shift to present centered awareness, as well as processing past traumas or hurts that get in the way of present moment safety and connection.
