Angelina wore many hats (social worker, graphic designer, mother) before she decided to pursue a career in psychotherapy. She shifted from the question “what do I want to do…to…what do I have to give?” Once this shift happened the answer was effortless and her path to become a healer start. In addition she has taken a vow of bodhisattva to serve others over self and brings this spiritual principal to all of her work with clients.
Angelina works intuitively and collaboratively with her clients. She looks at the whole person and sees psychotherapy as one mode of healing; working somatically is key to helping clients know their truth. She utilizes techniques and tools to help clients tune into the felt sense of their body. And believe much pain is due to being resistant and opposition with what is. By using trauma informed ideas and tools she gently guides clients to notice these places of push back and help them more fully embrace themselves.
