Robin brings a warm, curious, and playful energy to her work as a therapist. She loves making sense of complexity and overwhelming feelings, creating a space where clients can gently explore all parts of themselves, including the messy or "too much" bits. With a blend of insight and compassion, she helps uncover the patterns beneath the surface and supports clients in finding clarity and self-understanding with kindness and lightness.
Her approach draws from Internal Family Systems and is deeply informed by over a decade of meditation practice, which helps her stay grounded and fully present with whatever arises in session. Robin believes in the power of open curiosity, not only her own but also helping clients cultivate it, so that healing can happen through embracing every part of one's experience.

Before stepping into therapy, Robin lived in several countries across the globe including Turkey, Italy, and Japan, and those experiences gave her a genuine appreciation for the many ways people express identity and seek connection. This global perspective fuels her sensitivity to cultural nuances and the unique stories each person carries.
Robin’s path to therapy grew from a fascination with the human experience and the transformations she witnessed in those close to her. She discovered she had a natural ability to listen deeply, notice what might go unseen, and hold space without judgment, qualities she now brings wholeheartedly to her clinical work. |
She works with individuals and couples navigating intense emotions, complex relationships, and life's big questions about identity, grief, and belonging. Her style is both thoughtful and nurturing, making her a supportive partner for those ready to reflect, heal, and grow together.
Robin welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds, including those in nontraditional relationships, LGBTQIA+ communities, and people navigating immigrant or expat experiences, honoring each person’s unique journey.
