Becca sees all human beings as whole and complete exactly as they are. She approaches her work with clients from a humanistic and trauma-informed lens. As a therapist, she sees her job is to provide the emotional safety and trust within a relationship so that her clients have the support and holding to explore their relationship to the challenging areas of their lives.
Becca brings her qualities of empathy, compassion, reflection and validation, as she follows the client’s needs. She offers specific interventions, tools and engagement that address the full spectrum of mind, body, heart and spirit in the person’s healing process. She works to help the clients find self-compassion, peace and empowerment.
