Qibei Shen Steiner is devoted to supporting individuals to navigate life’s challenges with dignity, hope, and resources to heal and grow. With over 12 years of experience in practicing holistic healing and somatic mindfulness, she offers a compassionate, integrative approach to therapy that emphasizes the integration of the body, mind, and spirit.

Having moved through her own early life struggles, Qibei holds a deep understanding of what it feels like to long for connection and belonging. In her practice, Qibei creates a therapeutic space rooted in deep listening and embodied presence, where the clients feel truly seen, heard, and valued. She believes the importance of meeting clients where they are, helping them feel safe to explore their emotions, struggles, and aspirations. She empowers clients to reconnect with their innate wisdom through somatic practices that address trauma effectively and foster sustainable healing.

She holds a Bachelor’s a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from California Institute of Integral Studies, and is pursuing her Master’s in Somatic Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
