"Emotional pain cannot kill you, but running from it can. Allow. Embrace. Let yourself feel. Let yourself heal."
– Vironika Tugalev

Pamela brings a presence rooted in empathy, authenticity, and deep respect for each person’s healing journey. She offers a calm, grounded energy that invites clients to feel safe, seen, and supported without pressure or judgment. Her approach is warm, thoughtful, and trauma-informed, with a focus on creating space where clients can slow down, explore what they are carrying, and begin to reconnect with themselves at their own pace.

Pamela was inspired to become a therapist through her own healing journey. As she began to understand how past traumatic experiences were impacting her life, she felt called to do deeper, more intentional inner work. Over time, it became clear to her that this work was not only for her own healing, but something she wanted to offer in support of others. Even through moments of resistance, that sense of direction continued to return, and she chose to follow it.

Pamela understands emotional pain as something that often develops in response to difficult or overwhelming life experiences. She believes that the ways we adapt to survive can sometimes become patterns that keep us feeling stuck or disconnected from ourselves. In her work, she holds space for clients to gently explore these patterns with compassion, curiosity, and patience, rather than judgment.

She has experience supporting adults navigating trauma, including childhood trauma, relational trauma, domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, and other painful life experiences. Pamela is especially drawn to working with individuals who feel overwhelmed by what they have been through, or who sense there are patterns in their lives they are ready to understand more deeply.

In the therapy space, Pamela values creating a relationship where clients do not have to carry everything alone. She believes healing happens in connection, through trust, consistency, and being met with care and presence. She works to meet clients where they are, offering support that is steady, compassionate, and collaborative.
Pamela holds cultural humility as an important part of her work and strives to understand each person within the context of their lived experiences, identities, and environment. She is especially committed to working with adults from diverse backgrounds and continues to learn from the people she works with, recognizing that every client brings something unique into the room.
