Melissa believes therapy is most effective when it’s collaborative. She works to create a safe, trusting space where clients can explore their emotions and challenges with honesty and vulnerability. Through this process, Melissa helps clients build self-regulation, resilience, and self-love, empowering them to embrace their authentic selves.
Melissa views pain as arising from the gap between what we desire and our current reality. Healing occurs when we find ways to bridge that gap. Melissa works with clients experiencing life transitions, trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and more. Using her trauma-informed approach, she helps clients process and express difficult emotions, fostering space for transformation and growth.
