Linsey’s therapeutic practice is grounded in a deep understanding of how culture, identity, and emotional well-being intersect. She believes that healing begins by exploring and understanding oneself in relation to their community and cultural background.
Linsey takes an interactive and engaging approach to therapy, bringing warmth, humor, and lightness into each session—especially during moments of emotional difficulty and deep reflection. She believes that therapy is most effective when there is a genuine connection between client and therapist, built on trust, authenticity, and shared intent. She encourages clients to bring their full selves into the process with honesty and courage.
Linsey has been working in community mental health for over seven years, helping people through crisis situations and supporting those struggling with thoughts of suicide. She has worked with BIPOC, LGBTQIA, and other marginalized groups dealing with challenges like anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and trauma. Linsey is dedicated to providing therapy that respects and values each person’s background, making sure every client feels understood, heard, and supported as they work toward healing.

Healing, according to Linsey, is a collaborative effort. The therapeutic space is one where both the client and therapist work together, each contributing to the growth and understanding that happens. Linsey is dedicated to helping clients confront their inner truths and unlock the love, belonging, and peace they deserve.
Linsey understands that pain and suffering often stem from relational disruptions and systemic factors that affect individuals over time, such as attachment issues, cultural challenges, or inherited trauma. She helps clients identify and confront these barriers, guiding them toward healing by embracing their authentic selves. |
Through this process, Linsey supports clients in breaking free from cycles of trauma that may have been passed down through generations, helping them move toward a more liberated, empowered life.
For Linsey, therapy is a sacred space for healing and personal growth, nurtured by the shared vulnerability and courage of both the client and therapist. The compassion, wisdom, and connection Linsey has witnessed in others throughout her life inspire her to bring these gifts into her practice, fostering a nurturing environment where clients can thrive.
