Julie is a warm and compassionate therapist who is committed to helping individuals reconnect with their true selves and heal from life's challenges. Drawing from a rich blend of therapeutic approaches, she combines body-centered techniques, mindfulness practices, and methods that explore thoughts and emotions. This integrative style allows her to create a unique, personalized approach for each client, addressing both the conscious and unconscious parts of their experience.
LJulie’s path to therapy was deeply personal. As a teenager, she was profoundly impacted by a kind and understanding therapist who helped her through a difficult time. This experience left a lasting impression and inspired her to pursue a career where she could offer that same level of care and support to others. She believes that our stories are some of the most precious parts of who we are and feels honored to help clients rediscover the meaning and healing within their own narratives.

Known for her collaborative, person-centered style, Julie works alongside her clients to help them rediscover a sense of connection with themselves. She views pain as an inevitable part of the human experience, but believes it softens when it is acknowledged, witnessed, and shared in a safe and supportive environment. Her role is to guide clients through transitions, moments of being stuck, and times of searching for greater meaning, supporting them in creating lasting transformation.
Julie’s background in sociocultural anthropology gives her a deep understanding of how culture and identity shape our experiences. She values working with clients to explore how their unique cultural and personal contexts influence their lives, and she brings a liberatory lens to her work, recognizing the systemic factors that may impact each individual’s journey. |
Above all, Julie’s therapeutic approach is grounded in her deep respect for each person’s unique inner wisdom. She is dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing space where clients can heal, grow, and reconnect with their true selves on their own terms.
