Jen brings a very rich life, both personally and professionally, to her work as a therapist. From this rich life she has developed a truly Holistic Integrative approach to working with clients. She has found that what really allows people to tolerate and address difficult times in their life is having supportive and understanding people that can provide a consistent, gentle holding to recover and strive. Jen’s passion to be one of those people has lead her to becoming a therapist. She brings openness, collaboration, warmth and a very practical minded presence to her work with clients.
Jen believes that suffering comes from a persons lack of resources to cope when challenged by environmental circumstance. Healing will begin when one realizes their own resiliency and learn to draw on their strengths. They can then make practical changes, choices, discover meaning and accept their reality. These are the areas of growth that Jen helps clients achieve.
