“You have a unique body and mind, with a particular history and conditioning. No one can offer you a formula for navigating all situations and all states of mind. Only by listening inwardly in a fresh and open way will you discern at any given time what most serves your healing and freedom.”

Growing up and living in different countries and cultures, Iris developed an interest and curiosity in the ways people behave, feel, think and how these experiences are stored in our bodies. As she went through her own journey she realized she wanted to guide others in integrating their experiences and to discover who they are and how to become their authentic selves.
From her own work, and work with others, Iris realizes that pain is when the old ways of being, that served one for many years, becomes an obstacle to being authentic and present. She believes that the client is the expert and that the relationship between client and therapist is what allows healing to occur.
