Elizabeth has always been fascinated by what makes different people tick. She enjoys listening to people’s stories and life experiences. For many years she channeled this interest into video-production work and deepening her listening via the many interview conversations. It was after her own healing process that Elizabeth felt called to accompany others on their healing and ‘homecoming’ journeys.
Elizabeth believes that often the suffering people experience happens within, and gets expressed, in relationships. She believes that change happens through the therapeutic relationship in which the client gets to be seen, understood and accepted exactly as they are. Elizabeth brings her warm, empathic, receptive and curious personality to the holding of her client. She has a great ability to be attuned to both the emotional and cognitive aspect of the client’s presentation; she believes both are very important resources in the client’s life.
