Dinah approaches therapy as a space where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and safely explore who they are. They see therapy as a place where parts of the self that may have felt misunderstood or unseen can begin to be met with care.
Dinah came to this work through lived experience and long-standing involvement in neurodivergent and disability communities. With lived experience of neurodivergence and a background supporting neurodivergent individuals and families, she brings a grounded understanding of how identity, difference, and systems of care shape lived experience.

They understand many of the struggles clients bring into therapy as adaptive responses to lived experience rather than personal failure. Dinah’s work is grounded in anti-oppressive, feminist, disability justice, and liberation-oriented frameworks, with a focus on supporting clients navigating identity, marginalization, and systemic stress.
Dinah’s style is affirming, trauma-informed, collaborative, and relational. They draw from person-centered, psychodynamic, somatic, Internal Family Systems, and liberation-based approaches to support clients in building awareness of their inner world while staying grounded in lived experience. In session, Dinah offers a steady, accepting space where clients can slow down, explore what is present, and begin to relate to themselves with more understanding and care. She supports clients in noticing emotions, sensations, and patterns as they arise, and staying present with what feels meaningful at a sustainable pace. |
They understand the mind, body, and emotions as interconnected and shaped by personal history as well as cultural and systemic forces. Their work supports clients in building awareness across these layers while moving toward greater self-understanding and integration.
Dinah incorporates mindfulness, somatic awareness, self-compassion, and parts work into their clinical practice. They emphasize co-regulation and attunement, helping clients remain connected to themselves while engaging with difficult emotions or experiences.
They believe the therapeutic relationship is central to healing, offering a space where clients can feel seen, supported, and gently challenged when appropriate. Dinah values autonomy and works to ensure clients remain active collaborators in their own healing process.
Dinah works with clients navigating neurodivergence, Autism, ADHD, chronic illness, disability, gender identity, queerness, non-normative relationships, trauma, and identity exploration.
Dinah works best with clients who are curious about themselves and open to exploring the complexity of their inner world. They see therapy as a process of rediscovering wholeness and learning to relate to all parts of oneself with care.
