Dany is a relational, expressive, and depth-oriented therapist who brings curiosity, compassion, and a deep sense of care into her work. Her presence is warm, creative, attuned, and playful. She invites clients into a collaborative process grounded in mutual respect and a shared exploration of what it means to heal, grow, and express oneself fully.
She supports clients in reconnecting with the full spectrum of their experience: mind, body, heart, spirit, and environment. Dany is particularly drawn to the healing power of finding one’s authentic voice, creative expression, and community connection.

Before becoming a therapist, Dany coordinated intensive outpatient programs for adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma. This work deepened her understanding of the emotional needs of young people, especially those in high-stress or under-resourced environments.
Her therapeutic style is fluid, collaborative, and client-centered. Sessions may include talk therapy, movement, breathwork, or expressive arts like drawing, writing, music, or drama, depending on what best supports each client in the present moment. Dany sees therapy not only as a space to address pain, but also as a place to cultivate spaciousness, agency, and connection. |
She believes that pain often arises from disconnection, whether from self, others, community, nature, or meaning. Healing begins when we feel deeply witnessed and accepted as our whole selves. Dany supports clients in exploring their inner worlds, expressing themselves safely, and imagining new ways of being in relationship with themselves and the world around them.
She has experience working with individuals who are curious, self-expressive, and seeking deeper alignment with their values and truths. Dany is especially passionate about creating affirming and liberatory spaces for LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, people with chronic illness or pain, and those with layered cultural identities.
She brings humor, creativity, and a sense of shared humanity into the therapeutic space. Dany believes healing is both personal and collective, and that expressive arts can be a powerful pathway to transformation.
