Ben is a warm and steady presence in the therapy room, helping clients reconnect with their bodies and emotions. He works alongside clients to transform anxiety and stress into manageable experiences, rather than overwhelming struggles. By focusing on the body and how we experience the world through it, Ben helps individuals build resilience, self-awareness, and the ability to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.
Ben’s own transformative journey into therapy fuels his deep passion for helping others. He believes that with practice, clients can develop a profound awareness of how they shape their own experiences, leading to personal growth and new ways of relating to themselves and others.

With a wide range of experience in treating issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, substance abuse, grief, and recovery, Ben offers a broad and inclusive approach to therapy. He is particularly experienced in working with current or former athletes, drawing from his background as a collegiate athlete and coach. Ben also integrates principles of Buddhist psychology into his practice, offering a unique perspective for those interested in this approach.
